IL Production Tax Credit
llinois has adopted critical program improvements to the film incentive extending through 2039. This positions Illinois as one of the leading production centers in North America.The improvements elevate the state’s incentive program with increased base incentive rates, expanded eligible expenses, and attainable uplifts. Coupled with a deep and experienced crew base, Chicago’s iconic locations and world class sound stages and service support at the Field Studios, Illinois is now a destination of choice for filmmakers of all project types.
OUR Campus
ANNEX Warehouse / Backlot
Located on a 1.5-acre backlot at the northwest corner of the The Fields Studios campus, this 12,000 SF stand-alone annex warehouse offers flexible space for fabrication, storage, staging, and production support. Featuring 27’ clear height, two large overhead doors, and a truck dock for easy loading and access, the building is ideal for handling large equipment, materials, and production logistics.
On LOcation Opportunities
At The Fields Studios, the campus itself becomes part of the story. From stairwells to rooftops and warehouses to retail spaces, the entire campus is filmable. With raw industrial backdrops and modern creative interiors all in one place, productions can capture multiple environments while remaining in a fully supported production friendly campus.
